All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday). During busy periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

  • International (including Canada): Estimated delivery within 2–5 weeks, depending on the destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
Currency conversion may vary depending on your country’s exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Free shipping may not apply to remote or rural areas.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check:

  • Your mailbox, porch, or neighbors

  • With your local post office or carrier directly

If you still can’t locate your package, please contact the carrier for assistance.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.

We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but once it’s processed or dispatched, we cannot make changes.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
